Having a Design allows accurate bids between various contractors, ensures you are getting what you thought the estimate included, speeds up the process of the installation, increases accuracy and efficiency and reduces communication errors. DRONE OVERLAY OPTION:
$750-1000 (pricing based on size of lot, qty of accessories, and individual components)
Our drone image overlay design package is a great option for clients looking to update or remodel their existing landscaping. This package includes up to a 45 minute onsite consultation, where we will discuss the items and accessories you would like to see in the design, and make suggestions based on layout, elevations, and existing landscaping present to present you with an 11×17 color concept of the suggested layout. Perfect for the homeowner looking for some professional finishing touches to an existing yard.

CONCEPT DESIGN PACKAGE:
$1000-1500 (pricing based on size of lot, qty of accessories, and individual components)
Our concept design package is the perfect choice for homeowners looking to have professional help in the layout, flow and function of their yard- but want to complete the project in phases or do the project themselves over time. It is also utilized by Builders to give their homeowners a concept of what options their Lot and house placement could provide.
- Onsite consultation (up to 1 hr) **site plan showing home layout is required.
- 11×17 sketch concept design- color rendering providing the layout of the home on the lot and the suggested landscaping layout, showcasing the suggested elements, features, and accessories.
- 1 Design revision following discussion of initial concept design.
- Final Design will be emailed, (digital file) and an 11×17 scaled printed copy will be provided.
- Detailed estimate provided with a breakdown of the cost of the suggested project.
COMPLETE DESIGN PACKAGE:
Standard Design $1500- 5000 (pricing based on size of lot, qty of accessories, and individual components)
Our Complete Design package Is our most common selected package. When installing custom Landscape projects with accessories and custom built components- it is Essential to have a complete full scale design, with onsite build measurements, Proper tree selection for soil conditions and location, and detailed information to ensure the end result is what you had expected you were paying for when hiring a landscape professional. This Package is for the homeowner looking to maximize their landscape budget, and increase efficiency and quality on their landscape project. Included is a 24×36 plan in AUTO CAD with the necessary detail to properly bid and install the project, and ensure you are starting your project with the end in mind. This is an absolute must for any custom landscape project.
- Onsite meetings and consultations – up to 2.5hrs
- Onsite measurements (elevations, site markings and drone image of existing site)
- 11×17 initial concept design – Color rendering provided.
- Up to 5 Digital revisions following discussion of initial concept design, conversion of design to AUTO CAD scaled design and layout.
- Final Design completed in AUTO CAD will be emailed, (digital file) and a 24×36 scaled printed copy will be provided.
- Includes detailed build measurement plan, and Tree and plant layout plan.
- Detailed estimate provided with a breakdown of the cost of the suggested project.

Sometimes projects require a bit more specific detail for city approval, or installation by other companies. Or you might want to see the project in 3D to ensure we capture your vision. Utilize our expertise to ensure everything about your design and installation is professional grade and quality, and you have everything you need to visualize and complete your Dream landscape.
- Complete Tree and Plant list: $500.00 to add to Option A Free with Option B
- Includes Tree and plant schedule with suggested Trees, shrubs, and plants suitable for sun exposure, soil conditions, and planting zones.
- Sprinkler design and layout: $500 for less than .5 acre $750 for more than 1 acre.
- Includes Scale irrigation layout showing suggested valve placement, head location, and Main and secondary water line layouts.
- Lot line surveys: $750-1500 depending on lot sizing and necessary markings.
- Includes Licensed surveyor scheduled to come out locate or place pins in the 4 corners of the lot, or boundary lines in question.
- Required City mtgs or Engineering mtgs: Billed at $125.00/hr

- 3D Renderings of specific features: $350- 1250 based on features and time (billed at $150.00/hr)
